Marc Marquez had a dream start with Ducati, winning the Thailand GP in his first race for the team. Using smart strategy, he let his brother Alex take the lead before making a decisive move to secure victory. His impressive performance proves he’s ready to fight for the championship.

Marc Marquez had a great start with his new Ducati team, as he won the Thailand Grand Prix in an exciting race. Marc Marquez used a smart tactic when he let his younger brother Alex Marquez overtake him and then used his slipstream before overtaking him again to take the victory.

At the start, Marc Marquez led the grid, while Bagnaia quickly overtook Alex for second place. However, a small collision between Bagnaia and Alex forced Alex to exit the track for a moment. Alex fought back and managed to pass both Bagnaia and Ai Ogura to reclaim second place.

Marc looked like he had everything under control with a 1.5-second lead, but then he suddenly slowed down on lap 7. His brother took the lead, but it turned out that Marc did so just to manage his tires. Once he was ready, he picked up speed again and stayed close behind Alex, waiting for the perfect moment to overtake.

With just a few laps left, Marc made his move on lap 23, passing Alex. He then increased his pace and created a gap to take the win comfortably. As Marc had already won the Sprint, he took the maximum points from the weekend.

Alex couldn’t match his brother’s late speed but managed to hold off Bagnaia and secured second place. Franco Morbidelli finished fourth, while Ai Ogura impressed with his debut, as he finished fifth. He even managed to beat the factory Aprilia rider Marco Bezzecchi, who finished sixth.

Johann Zarco had a great race, as he climbed from 12th to finish seventh, ahead of Brad Binder and Enea Bastianini. The top ten was rounded out by Fabio di Giannantonio.

However, KTM struggled, as Binder and Bastianini were the only riders to score points. Maverick Vinales finished in 16th, while Pedro Acosta finished 19th after he crashed on lap 3. The only riders who didn’t finish were Raul Fernandez and Joan Mir.

Marc Marquez´s victory proves that he is a serious contender this season.
